best source on setting up roaming profiles?

I need a step by step guide to setting up roaming profiles for NT4. The technet on microsoft is way over my head. I need something more basic. thanx

Creating a roaming profile:

1. Copy the user's profile from the workstation to a shared network path

2. Open Control Panel, and double click System

3. Select the user's profile entry, select Copy to, and type in the full UNC path name to the server where the profile will reside

4. In the User Profile dialog box, enter the full UNC path name for the profile in the User Profile path field

And when the user goes to another computer, I just go into user manager and create an account pointing the the unc, right?
Also, as long as the programs are in their default directories, their shortcuts shouldn't have a problem?
