RATM's self-titled album is good, though IMO Battle of Los Angeles is better.

The Animals - House of the Rising Sun

Isn't almost everything from Pink Floyd considered to have some of the best audio quality? Helps they sound amazing musically, but fwiw, I have a 5.1ch copy of the Animals album by PF, and it's aurally delightful.
