Best sound - NF7-S vs. A7N8X-E Deluxe

What MB has the best sound, the NF7-S or A7N8X? And why? I heard the NF7 is better, but why?

They both have the same sound onboard. But the Abit does have the optical out and it is certified.

Both should be about the same. But I like the Abit board better myself.

Having owned both boards, the abit has much better sound.
The asus board has a lot more background noise...

The abit also has optical out btw.

My NF7-S has much clearer sound than my A7N8X Dlx did, but I don't know about the A7N8X-E...

I would have thought that Asus would have gotten SoundStorm certification on the A7N8X-E but it appears not.

I can't hear any "backround noise" at all on mine. It sounds crystal clear. But then again, I'm not blessed with a set of golden ears either.

i believe the general consensus is that the nf7-s has much better sound than the asus.
