I am looking for recommendation for best sound card!

I've been noticing lots of noise coming through (might be based on CPU load)

Requirement: optical or coaxial digital output

There's no point in getting a discrete sound card if you're going to use its digital output. Just use the digital output of your mobo's onboard sound.

There's no way that any kind of analog "noise" sound is going to be introduced into the digital output. If there's enough EMI to disrupt a digital signal (not likely) it would manifest by the sound cutting in and out.

If your motherboard has optical out use that. If it doesnt, ASUS XONAR DG or DGX. Both are the same just different interface. DG = PCI, DGX = PCI-e
