Best sound card, for music and movies

Hi

I have int audio that can't even record audio from speakers to file and same time speak to microphone and send via skype for example.
Is there sound card that can?

What sound card would u recommend for music listening and for movies.
Would this sound card drive 300Ω 500mW headphones without headphone amp.
