What do you use to clean your LCD ?

I have some water spots I think that just wont come out when I try to buff it.

I used that Kleerscreen crap on my 19" CRT and it put scratches all over it.

I still use the cloth tho on the LCD without the solution.

I guess i'll try the water. If all else fails go with the monitor wipes.

really? i've been using it on my Dell 1800FP LCD, Canon S400 LCD, Sony Clie LCD, and Sony camcorder LCD with great results.

sorry to hear your CRT got scratched up.

Yep I think maybe it had some type of reaction with the Anti Glare treatment. Once I used it, the Anti Glare thing got fuxxor'd. The screen itself isn't scratched up but the Anti-glare treatment is. So basically it looks pretty screwed up. I'm gonna prolly take a razor to it and just get the rest of it off so it looks clean.

did you try buffing it out with the cloth, real good?

i used it on a Samsung CRT and it left it all cloudy. i thought i had ruined the antiglare coating. i called KleaScreen and they told me to just put some more elbow grease into it. it came out nice with some buffing.

Oh yea? Hm... maybe I should buff it a bit more, but I can already see the parts where the antiglare area came off. It looks like someone clawed it or something.

samething happened here, with my samsung 955df, it striped some of the antiglare coating off. =/

need a safe way to remove the rest of it. razors scare me. heh. 😛

If it screws up our screen, isn't Kleerscreen liable for fixing it ?
