Hey guys,
Recently my laptop screen cracked in half and I'm migrating to a new one. I know that some of the HP external hard drives have an automated software program that finds all pictures, documents, etc and backs them up, which makes it fairly easy to restore it to my new laptop.
What are you guys suggestions? I need to move all my docs, movies, pictures, outlook contacts and email databases.
I'd like to make it as automated as possible, I don't want to have to cut and paste things off of an external hard drives into specific locations on my new laptop, that would just suck. If anything I'd like the software to preserve the file structure and restore it onto the new laptop.
Thanks.
