Best software to test hardware for problems?

My build is in my signature below. I have been dealing with some serious crashes, freezes, BSODs, and some glitches on many games I play. I was hoping I could get some advice on some good software that could help me test out the following hardware for issues:

Note: I'm using Windows 7 64-bit

CPU
Motherboard
Graphics Card
Memory

CPU- Prime 95

Mobo- eliminate everything else and when you are left with nothing to try it is the mobo.

GPU- Heaven DX11

Memory- MemTest.

P.S You also need to rule out problems with your HDD/SDD as they can produce all the problems you are experiencing.
