Best software to skin windows?

I'm wondering what the best software is to skin windows with. Looking for something that doesn't use alot of system resources and is relatively bug free. I'm using window blinds but I'm wondering if there is something else out there thats better.
 
Search Neowin.net for the uxtheme.dll patch, and you can use visual styles. Try Neowin, deviantart.com, studiotwentyeight.com, and gfxoasis.com for a few.
