Best Software to convert AVI to DVD?

1. WinAVI gave me an unusable set of filed according to DVD Shrink
2. ConvertXtoDVD gives me a skipping video

What to use?

Best program is probably Intervideo DVDCopy 4. It's not free though but it should come with a trial.
