Best software for stress-testing unstable hardware?

I've got a PC (not overclocked) that is unstable for some reason, even after a fresh Win7-64 install (blue screens, other weird crashes). It passes memtest86+ just fine and I already replaced the power supply. Part of the troubleshooting difficulty is that I cannot reliably reproduce the instability, I just have to use it for a while, which is a giant pain. I'm hoping to find something that will make it fail on demand - what software would you recommend? Thanks.

Thank you very much for the pointers! I just got a chance to try out HCI MemTest and it is throwing errors left and right, despite memtest86+ working OK. I'm still not sure if the RAM is the root of the issue or not but now I have a test I can work with which is hugely helpful.
