Best software for securely wiping hard drive?

I use to use DBAN to wipe my hard drives. My only problem with DBAN is that it doesn't work with USB drives. I no longer have an optical drive installed. Are you guys aware of any apps that are as effective as DBAN, but works either from within Windows or boots up from USB flash drives?

The reliable CCleaner has four levels of drive 'wiping' up to x35 overwriting described as "Very Complex Overwrite". It can be use just for free space or wipe the entire drive.

I've had no problems at all with it but it does take a very long time to complete.
