best softphone?

We are using X-Lite in the office right now but some of our sales people aren't thrilled with it. Any other good experiences you have had with other softphones?

don't really need anything fancy. the only feature we absolutely need is call transferring and maybe integrated chat

Other than X-Lite, I'd say SJ Phone. A friend of mine has experience with both and likes it.
