Best Sodimm brand?

I'm wondering whether to buy Kingston, Crucial or Micron..
whats' good these days?

i use samsung original in my X31, but crucial has worked just fine in my old T20. I don't think thinkpads are very sensitive about the memory, its not like apple laptops

Most laptops these days aren't picky about memory type. Really the only important thing to do is match up speed and CAS latency, which is probably 2.5. Buy some used DDR333 on these forums, or eBay. I got a 256MB PNY PC2700 on eBay for like $30 shipped, but that's only 'cuz my gf didn't want to wait to bid on it :roll:
