Best Socket370 HSF for OEM Celeron 366->550?

Getting ready to build two low-cost boxes and realized that the CPU's I have are OEM with no heat sinks or fans (duh!) ... so, where do I get a decent, cheap, and quiet (I hate noise) heat sink/fan combo? Something like the OEM HSF combo is fine with me ...

This Vantec heatsink/fan combo is fairly good, and comes with a reasonably quiet Sunon fan. The Celery366@550 can kick out a fair amount of heat, so I'd recommend not going for anything too small and cheap...
