Best socket-A HSF?

Hi, I'd just like a few quick opinions on what the best HSF for Socket-A is.

Noise isn't a big concern as long as it doesn't sound REAL loud (like a jet engine or something). If I sacrifice a couple degrees for a semi-quiet fan that is OK.
