I have a Swiftech MCX462-V which keeps my 3200+ under 42c load with a 92mm Panaflo M1a with the included crappy Arctic Alumina goop. It's a good heatsink and I am very happy.

Funnily enough, the only place I've found that has it is Bigfoot Computers. (Its funny cuz a Canadian place has it first, that usually doesnt happen )
