Best Socket 939 Board with Integrated Graphics

I'm building a system with intergrated graphics. It will mostly be used for digital photography, web surfing, and e-mail. I currently have a system with an MSI RS480M2-IL, and it has been a good, solid board. I'm just wondering if there is anything better out there with integrated graphics.
 
This board?

has the same video as the one you use BUT has a built in 32meg of video memory. Only down side is it cost $89

Of course you could get a $65 socket 939 board and a $50 PCIe vodeo card for not much more?
 
I've been wondering what the difference is between the ATI Radeon XPRESS and the GeForce 6150 that's on the Asus. Does anyone know?
