Hi I am new to these forums, and from what i have seen these forums are great, and are very helpful. From what i have seen and read, ahtlons are better performers than pentiums by far, and so i am about to build a new PC. ATM I am thinking of a 3000 A64 Winchester because of its overclockability, but my major decision of which i am unsure about is motherboard. People who use A64 on these forums use different A64 mobos, and so i am just wondering what would be the best choice both for 939 and 754, based on
overclockability,
reliability,
price (maybe),
and disadvantages.
I really dont mind if i use a 754 or a 939 because in the near future I cannot see myself buying a dualcore athlon, or using dual channel memory.
Thanks, Jonojace89
P.s. Maybe with this thread we could make a database or special thread regarding mobos for people new to A64 overclocking?
