best small biz VPN solution

I'm looking to be able to connect to my office from anywhere using VPN as well as file sharing over such VPN. What is the best solution?

My office is currenly behind a DSL router (SBC Business DSL) and I would like to connect from home which also has SBC dsl and a router.

Possible Solutions:
-Linksys RV042 VPN router for $155
-Netopia R910 VPN router for $180

-Win2003 Server Web Edition for $350~ using RRAS (with 2 NICs or behind router that supports GRE packets and ipsec passthrough)

-Tinc (www.tinc-vpn.org)
