Best slot 1 motherboard?

hello, I need a new motherboard for use with a pentium III 500 cpu..
I have an aopen AX6BC that I am currently using in another computer.. but now I am looking for something to use with
the PIII 500... my only requirements are that it has onboard sound and an agp slot.. which most have anyways..
I am looking for something that can be bought cheaply on ebay ... but there are just way to many choices..
any advice?
even just narrowing it down between say aopen and asus... there are still so many to choose from..

For Slot 1 I like Asus, Abit or MSI A few that come to mind are the Abit BH6, BX6 revision II and the Asus P3B-F

thanks for your input, I will keep all of those in mind.. but none of them seem to have onboard audio..
do you have any particular ones that you like which inlcude onboard audio?

Well i really like Iwill boards and i know some of them have on board audio. If not u can pick up a $10 sound card.

Either the BX6 II or the BE6 II also the P2B (ASUS) are all very solid stable boards...
