i have looked around for a while and found the Toshiba Satellite 3000-S353 to be quite impressive.

Generally what I am looking for is a stylish notebook that is as thin as possible with a geforce 2 go (32mb would be prefered) and of course the rest of the system should be able to keep up with the geforce. dvd, ethernet, and modem should be built in and floppy would be a big plus. the above linked toshiba is damm close to perfect and I am just wondering if there is any better notebook out there giving my preferences.

Wow, that Toshiba looks like a pretty good laptop. Only slightly thicker(1.2" vs. 1.3") and slightly heavier(5lbs vs. 5.7lbs) than mine, too bad mine doesn't have the might Geforce2Go video card.:) I didn't know the Geforce2Go video card was in normal size laptops, yet.(not just monster desktop replacement ones).

That Toshiba is the thinnest, lightest GeForce2 Go laptop out. Only the Toshiba 3000/2805 series and the Dell Inspiron 8000 have the GF2Go. That is probably the best one you'll find for a while. Tualatin will be coming out on the 30th, So most laptop manufacturers will have notebooks based on that by mid augest. You might want to wait for that
