Looking to subscribe to "Muscle Fitness" mag and maybe a few other fitness ones, can anyone recommend a website with good deals on subscriptions? Thanks.

Oh. Well, other than being the poster boy for "muscle fitness" *flexes* I can't help you.

Most of these mags can be had for very little money. A friend of mine has an account where he sells magazines and he gets them dirt cheap. My wife got a couple of mags for $1 per year. I got sound and vision for around $3 IIRC.

Wow, did you buy them from your friend?

Looks like the $3.99 for a 2-year subscription is the best deal right now... found it on eBay, hope it comes through. How do they make money this way??

I can never find Scientific American for less than $24/year. I guess I'll keep reading it at the library. 🙁

Ive ordered through magazines.com and have been happy. Use fatwallet cash back to get 21% cash back and its a decent deal, that would get you back $5 out of the $25 they charge for Scientific American.

78 pages of ads? 😛

Heh... yes, but wouldn't they actually lose money on printing all those mags and giving them away at $1/year for 12 issues?

Doubt it, the more subscribers they have the more they can charge to put ads in their magazine.
