Best site for researching real estate

There seems like there are so many sites out there and they all seem to have such a limited amount of listings. I'm just wanting to browse properties in a certain area. Is there a major site that I am not aware of that makes this easy or do I just have to keep rummaging through various sites?

Your probably right. I've gotten so used to using the internet for all my news/information, that I probably have not picked up a local paper in years. I'll have to take a look.

At this point I'm just casually browsing...I'll probably be a lot more serious in the next 6 months depending on the outcome of several different factors.
 
Oh and when you narrow down some you like in the neighborhood you like, find a realtor. Ours was able to find quite a few homes that weren't listed on realtor.com one of which we ended up buying.
