looking for premier IP phone software solution
1. integrates with outlook and contacts
2. supports from-computer calling and transfer and other standard phones functions
3. option to record incoming phone calls
4. line and handset status
5. central administration
6. a server-client-based solution would be best, that can link with user's windows domain account, so that their phone data (recorded calls for instance) follows them from computer to computer
7. right now we are using an allworx ip phone solution, but i plan to eventually move to something more robust, so it should support any kind of ip phone solution
