If you REALLY don't mind noise...........look for the XP 90 or XP 120 like the others said and couple it with a Vantec Tornado Fan............;)

XP-120 is the best, but you got to make sure it'll fit yoru board. I'd just go with the XP-90, it cools nearly as well and fits every board there is, while the XP-120 only fits some.

use the stock hs and a 60mm delta... cheap and noisy and mine's running < 50c at 1.65v...

most popular for silent cooling right now is XP-120 w/ Nexus 120mm fan (either modded or attach using twist ties which is what I did). Or the new XP-90C w/ Nexus 92mm which is a bit more expensive but cools a tad bit better, fits more motherboards, and no need to mod the Nexus 92mm.

I am using a Zalman 7000Cu/AS5 on my Winnie 3500+ and a DFI nF4 Ultra-D. CPU temp idle is 32C, load 42C. No overclocking but getting ready to ramp it up.....

The 7000AlCu can be had for $27 shipped from Amazon and performs equally well.....

XP-120 = overkill IMO for a 90nm A64, maybe not for a 130nm. Xp-90 will do you just fine for a Winchester.

Not that excess cooling ever held back anyone's oc or anything. :)
