Best sink/fan for an overclocked AYHJA?

I recently bought this 1.33 AYHJA and have a Gladiator (copper) on it now. It seems to idle at 100-105 depending on room temperature. I'm wondering how much of a difference a Swiftech MC462-A will make.
 
I have an AYHJA with a thermoengine and a delta on it. It idles around 34C at idle at 1533, full load is 44C. My MC462-A should be here any day. I'll let you know how it performs.
 
I've got a 1.33 AYHJA at 1540GHz. CPU temp seems to be hovering around 47c, using a Volcano II HSF. I'm going to get a Taisol and see how much that lowers the temp.
