Best sink & fan combo for 2500 under $50 ???

I have MSI KT4V-L w/2000CPU @141FSB, am upgrading to 2500 for better FSB. Right now I am using factory sink & fan, running about 45C, hotter in summer. I would like to keep the new chip cooler. I pulled the list of recommended stuff off of AMD website, but thought I'd ask for your advice before I went any further. Thanks.

Thermalright SLK series (SLK-700 or higher) from SVC and a quiet 80mm fan of your choice (I'd go with the Panaflow L1A).

Alternatively, I was able to pick up a Thermaltake Silent Boost locally for a great price. It performs similar to the SLK series, as its a all copper HS as well. However, the fan that comes with the Silent Boost is a Panaflow M-series and is louder than the L1A fan.

are you overclocking? if not thats 50 dollars for no real benifit. its just jerkin off. by the time your cpu dies of heat it'll be worth a dollar. 50 dollars that coulda bought you a faster retail cpu with cooler. retail cpu packages online tend to only be 5-10 dollars more then bare cpu. 5-10dolars cannot be beat for a cooler of that level.

Zalman 7000A AlCu. Quiet and cool, exactly what you need in a heatsink/fan combo. Check it fits on your motherboard though.
