Best silent power supply?

Hello,
Which is the best power supply among the 400-500W quiet ones? I am not intrested in the fanless ones as they tend to generate a lot of heat in the case...

There are no silent power supplies with fans. Moving parts make noise. Sorry.

A fanless power supply isn't going to be significantly worse for your case temperatures than a power supply with a very low speed fan.
 
Antec TruePowers are pretty silent, at least I think so.
Edit: I removed the two fan grills on mine to make it even more silent.
 
As previously stated, there are no "silent" PSUs that have fans. That said, the Enermax Noisetaker 475W is supposed to be pretty good. SPCR has much good info -- cruise on over there.
