I'm looking to build/procure some workstations for work. They will need 2x 4k monitors + 1x lower res (probably 1080p) monitor.

Ideally, the main unit should be SFF. It won't need any optical drives, etc.

However, a midi form factor with low profile graphics card would be a reasonable alternative.

I don't need particularly much 3D power, as the work will be mostly 2D - but most of the SFF/LP solutions I've come across max out at 1600p or won't support triple displays.

Am I unrealistic with my requirements? I'm just trying to keep space demands down, as these workstations will be for telecommuting.

A Kaveri APU will drive a 4K display and a 1080p display- that plus a low-profile card like the R7 240 should do the trick.

That's likely the cheapest solution. Without getting into anything too exotic. Just take care what mainboard you pick, not all FM2+ boards have Displayport, with HDMI you're limited to either 24 or 30p. If that's an issue.
