It's true...I was going to stab this chick in the park one day but then she layed down on her back and started rubbing one out and it distracted me and the she jizzed in my face,I came and then fell asleep and she got away....and someone stole my knife while passed out...

YES! Bas Rutten has all the self defense tips you need. Most of his moves consist of "Heeeel to the balls", or maybe "badanga, danga, dang" or "you going to talk to me about my woman like that? Now I"m going to have to hurt you".
He also uses objects like bottles, chairs, or that huge pointy thing in a restuarant where the push the receipts on.
