best season of The Office (US)?

thinking back... my vote is for 3. possibly the best season of any show ever.

except maybe psych 2 or 3.

Just started watching these on Netflix. I've only seen the first episode of season 3, but holy shit it had me laughing more than anything from S1 or S2. Epic.

S2 and 3 were the best for sure.

4/5 were pretty good.

6 not bad, but slowing down

7 first half good, second half got bad.

8 was just crap.

Disclaimer: All seasons, no matter how bad, still had some episodes which were just hilarious.

as with most series, the 2 or 3rd season usually are the best. thats when the crew has the characters down and all the best craziest ideas get used.

dexter was an exception imo. i think the 1st season was the best, but the 2nd season was amazing too.

3 is definitely my favorite.

I'm still enjoying the series, though. I know a lot have moved on. I think they've kind of started to find their thing without Carell.
