I heard the seafood buffet can't be beat at the new Planet Hollywood hotel.

I went to the Caesars and MGM when I was there... MGM rocked.

What kinda seafood you looking for?

They got the usual, crab legs, copius amounts of shrimp, etc etc etc

I found Paris' dinner buffet to be swill. Well, it all looked great but the quality was poor. Regretted waiting in line like a dolt. No comparison to DIY or a decent restaurant. But such is to be expected from most buffet faire. That said, Monte Carlo's brunch buffet wasn't bad. MGM's was meh but the atmos isn't very nice and it was busy at the time too so bumped up the cattle-pen-ness even more. To each their own but I prefer higher quality in a reasonable portion and relaxed atmos to average quality in face stuffing quantities avec jostling and noise.

Dunno if you were re: to my reply or not, but I'm only down for Paris' brunch buffet.

I went to the one at the Rio last year (Village Seafood I think) and it was pretty good. I ate enough sushi to kill a man.

Edit - Actually it looks like the place I listed is closed for remodeling and won't be open till March. I'm going back over super bowl this year so I'm interested in a seafood place as well.

I'm partial to Madalay Bay.

I remember going to the mandalay buffet for lunch about 5 years ago and there were shrimp and crab legs (good buffet). I revisited about 2 years back to find those lacking (not so good either). The employee had no idea what i was talking about. Im looking for crab legs and shrimp mostly.

I just had Mandalay Bay's dinner buffet a few days ago. It was $27.99 per person and I believe it was called Paradise Buffet. It was pretty good....love those steamed crab legs.
