Best SCSI DVD Drive

What do you think is the best SCSI DVD drive? There seems to be few SCSI DVD drives being made right now. I would think that Plextor would have the best, but they don't make any DVD drives for some reason.

I would say that he best SCSI drive is the Pioneer 304S, this was in the forums very recently, try searching back over the last week

I use the Pioneer 303s (6x), but since the 304S (10x) is out you now have 2 drives to choose from. If you can find the 303s you will save about 30 - 40.00. Pioneer has the best DVD-ROM drives on the market IMHO.

What's the big deal with SCSI-DVD-Drives???. I mean why pay over-price for something that works perfectly well with IDE???. Just want's to know...No need for flames. I just have a hard time seeing the meaning with that...
