Best Room Fridge?

I have a Home Theater Room that I am looking to get a small fridge in the closet for drinks so I dont have to walk all the way to the kitchen everytime I want to watch a movie but it needs to be farily small and fairly quiet. I know there are tons of those "mini" fridges or dorm fridges but are any of those good in terms of the quietness and heat it outputs?

Ive heard of a few thermoelectric peltier element but do they actually work? http://www.thinkgeek.com/cubegoodies/toys/6ad2/

Basically looking for reviews on different brands of mini fridges.

EDIT: Want to keep this a cheap as possible (under 200 or so)
