While Rage and Tool were very good friends (Adam and Tom went to highschool together) and so it doesn't seem right to pit them against one another, Tool absolutely pwns Rage.

I'll grant that Tom is a better guitarist than Adam, but Danny sh!ts turds with better chops than Brad. Not to mention that Maynard is a much better vocalist than Zack. Tim and Justin are probably about equal, but in my mind I think Justin has a slight edge. The opening riff to "Schism" is what seems to set him ahead. Tim doesn't really have anything nearly as cool as that to his credit.
