Best ripping app for Itouch 3gs

I'm looking for an app that can utilize all the threads of a i7, and can do the itouch 3gs format.

Which app ism ost recommended?

Handbrake. It even has an option on the side for iPhone/touch and the videos come out super clean and fill the screen perfectly.
It is a very intensive program that utilizes 8 threads too.
Also forgot to mention it's freeware.
