Best rib recipie?

All the steak/beer threads made me hungry for the best food around - bbq ribs! How do you cook yours?

Personally I combine equal parts ground cumin, paprika, chilli powder with a hint of salt and pepper and a couple dashes of cayene pepper and rub it into the ribs.

Heat the grill up, place ribs on top rack (hickory chips are good if using gas), cover, turn grill down and wait one hour (do not open). Take ribs out and baste with your favorite bbq sauce (KC Masterpiece) and cook for another 5 min. Remove and server.

I think my wife needs to go buy ribs =)

I buy my sauce one a year in a big tub from an award winning place in texas...then i slather it on and eat...grilled of course
