Right so, under the guise of taking a poll, I'm going to *cough* get some homework help. 😉
What's the best way to research an international topic that will Not turn up word for word in a search engine? Answers must be more specific than "the internet," and keep in mind that there may not be information widely available about what you're searching for. What's the search for? Something like, the importance of local involvement in rebuilding infastructure within a society after conflict. Yeah, that sounds good.
