No linky. They're all the same to me. Its just vitamins right? I don't care if the pill is a little bigger. I just can't think of a difference for vitamins. I mean, that vitamin A is better then this vitamin A? Someone prove me wrong if I am. I dun wanna keep on taking bad vitamins.

Ive been on the "essentials" which is basically your standard pill, but they broke it down between minerals and vitamins to provide a better way of it being absorbed into the body.

only prob is that usana is a tad expensive. But its the best on the market.
