Best receiver / stereo amplifier with digital input 4 my Soundstorm?

I asked in peripherals, but no responses. Does anyone of a simple stereo amplifier (don't need more than 50watts) that accepts digital optical input from my Soundstorm optical outputs? Ideally, I'd like an amplifier that had 1 stereo optical input and 1 stereo analog input for as cheap as possible. 🙂
 
I think you'll have to buy a home theater receiver instead of just an amplifier, since the market for standalone amps is almost nonexistent except at the high end.

Someone was getting a Kenwood for under $100 from eCost in another thread, or you could try a WTB ad in FS/FT thread to try to find someone local who is upgrading their receiver.
