Best Ready Built computer for the price

My friend wants to get a new computer and I dont want to take the responsibility of building one for him as I would have to provide support. Would dell be the best place for him to get a computer that's already built or are there websites out there with better prices?
 
I forgot to add something that might help: He doesnt need a system with a nice video card and such as he doesn't really play games. The features that would be good for him would be a nice hard drive and decent amount of ram to provide him good performance for everyday tasks.
