Hello!

I have a PNY GF4 on its way to me. I'm surprised these cards ship without ramsinks, my GF3 has them. :)

The card is pretty overclockable, as my seller tells me. I'd like to get the most out of it.

The current cooling situation is that the seller put AS3 between the core heatsink/fan. RAM chips are sink-less. I assume I'm not going to do much better in the core cooling department, so I'd like to know what you think the most effective RAMsinks for these small BGA chips are. Thanks in advance!

First, the GF4 does not need RAM sinks as it uses BGA (Ball Grid Array) memory instead of TSOP memory which is used on older cards like the GF3. BGA memory does not heat up as much and likewise does not need any form of a heatsink. However, you can get some nice BGA coolers, I forgot the website, but they are good, I might order some soon to help in the OC department!
