I need a gig of DDR400, prefer CAS2.5 and 2x512mb for either under or right on $90 shipped.

Which of these is the best option for me? I'm not looking for OCability, just stability at stock speeds. The sticks will be run at DDR333 for the time being.

Edit: forgot to say I'm leaning towards either the Buffalo, the GeiL or the Patriot.
