Best/Quietest fan for an AMD 2100+ XP chip? Need replacement for OEM fan.

Don't want something that will be too loud to stand, but don't want something that will be too quiet/slow/bad to do any cooling.

Right now I have the OEM AMD fan and I really want to replace it.

Any reccomendations?

I am running that Spreeze cooler on my 1600xp and it works pretty well. Its basically the same as the other one except it has a bit of copper in the base and cost a couple bucks more, use to be cheaper.
