I've got a Seasonic Super Silencer 460watt PSU. I love this thing. I got mine from Excaliburpc.com I don't know if they still have the 460 but pretty sure they have te silencer and the tornado in 400watt versions.

$120 for the S12-500, and the S12-600 is only available in canada..... umm yeah.. I linked the ST400 because its the best for his budget. Set the thread title?

Seasonic and Zalman

I got the Antec Neopower 480W, but it is going on eBay the day either one of those 2 above companies releases a modular PSU

Seasonic makes a great power supply.

However, the Tagan 480 is quieter than the Seasonic 400 (though they're both so quiet that you may not notice the difference).

Fortron Super Tornado would be fine...if not, get the Seasonic S12

S12-500 or S12-600? :p

I'm still pissed I can only find the S12-600 on canadian etailers.
