best/quiet 6800 ultra cooler?

The stock cooler is loud as heck, ive tried to live with it but its beginning to driv meh crazy!
So im looking to replace it with a new one any suggestions? I was looking at zalam coolers and stumbled upon a new one

Also can someone teach me how to apply thermal paste, my friend did it for me when i first got my card. Which brand is the best?

Most everyone prefers Arctic Silver 5. This is actually a fairly thick coat on my old Athlon XP. That's about as much as you should use on a GPU because those heatsinks tend not to be as perfectly smooth/flat as ones for CPU's. Just make sure both surfaces have been cleaned with alcohol (90% isopropyl works best... lots of people use 70% with no problems) and allowed to dry before applying the compound and spreading it with a credit card or something that has also been cleaned with alcohol. Be careful not to get any of the compound on anything but the core. AS5 isn't supposed to be conductive, but it's said to be slightly capacitive... whatever that means. I would think if it is capacitive then it would have to be slightly conductive too. But whatever... keep it on the core.
