Best/quickest way to take clips from two DVDs and put them on one disc?

So I've got some student-created animations from 2003 and 2004 on two DVDs, and need to take a bunch form one disc and a bunch from the second - then burn a "best of" DVD compilation. Is there a program out there that'll let me do this?

I was hoping that DVDShrink would let me "Open Files" from two different directories on my HDD and compile them to burn together, but it won't. I've also got Nero 6, and DVD Decrypter. Will any of these do, and can anyone provide a brief tutorial?
