Best PVR TV tuner program?

Do you just use the one that comes with your card or any others? It seems that many people use mythTV but that seems to be primarily linix based. Any other good choices?

Anandtech has some good articles on some of the popular frontends Link

I've used SageTV and MCE 2005 (and various freeware frontends), both are excellent and feature excellent schedulers and multituner support. I prefer MCE 2005 due to its HD support, and the family like it as well.
