I'm pretty sure Sparkle makes Powmax PSus (Aopen and Inwin use Powmax) and also Fortran.

Fortran, Sparkle and Powmax all use identical model numbers.

Also you should add Seventeam, Emacs and Leadman

As a note how does this determine best PSuand not just the most popular?

Of those i have used i could see absolutely no functional difference between Antec, Enermax and Sparkle. The Enermax was a bit quiter and had the dual fans but now Antec has just released a nice dual fan Psu. All were extremely good

(edit: the fact that somebody thinks that Deer makes the best PSu kind of highlights this point?)
